How can I subscribe to a paid plan?

To subscribe to a paid plan you need a credit card. Other payment methods are currently not supported.

Do the following steps to subscribe to a paid plan.

  1. Go to your App.

  2. Go to the app settings.

  3. Go to the subscription settings of your App.

  4. Click to the button of the plan that fits to your usage.

Can every contributor subscribe to a paid plan

Yes, every contributor can do that. When you subscribe to a plan a new customer is created in the billing system under your name and only the user who subscribed to the plan can cancel it or move to another plan. If this person leaves the company and you do not have access to his account anymore you can open a support ticket and we can handle this case for you.

How can I change my credit card or contact information?
